How to Get Started

1. Download the CardSuite Lite app from your app store:

2. Enter your old SecurLOCK username and follow the prompts to verify your email and card.
3. Create a new password and validate your existing card controls.
4. Enable Location Shield and Region Shield if desired.

• What is CardSuite Lite?
  CardSuite Lite is a mobile app that allows you to control how, when, and where your debit and/or credit cards are used. It provides a secure and convenient way to monitor your payment activity with real-time alerts.
• Is there a fee to use the app?
  No. The app is provided at no cost to help you manage your cards more effectively.
• Which devices are supported?
  The app supports Apple and Android smartphones with the most current operating systems and the two previous versions. Tablets and smartwatches are not fully supported.
• Can I register multiple cards?
  Yes. There is no limit to how many eligible cards you can register in the app.
• What types of controls are available?
  CardSuite Lite offers transaction controls, merchant controls, and location controls, including Location Shield, Region Shield, and international settings.
• What happens if I freeze my card?
  All new transactions will be declined while the card is frozen, but recurring/autopay charges will still be processed.
• What if my phone is lost or stolen?
  Your account is protected by login credentials and does not store sensitive data on your device. You can log in from a new device and retain all your preferences.
• How will I receive alerts?
  Alerts are sent via push notifications. Be sure your device settings allow notifications from the CardSuite Lite app.
• Can I share my card with others?
  Yes, you can share your card with up to 100 trusted individuals. They will receive card usage privileges, but not the ability to override controls.
• What is the difference between archiving and deleting a card?
  Archiving hides the card from your dashboard while retaining controls. Deleting removes all controls and transaction data associated with that card.

Transition from SecurLOCK Equip

Please note that SecurLOCK Equip is being retired. All card controls and notifications will now be managed through the CardSuite Lite app. If you previously used SecurLOCK, you will need to download CardSuite Lite and log in using your existing credentials. Your controls and card information will transfer automatically—just verify your identity and reset your password.
