No Appraisal Fee on Home Equity Loans
Thinking about accessing the equity in your home? Act now and Health Care Family Credit Union will give you a closing cost credit to cover the appraisal fee. We offer two kinds of home equity loans.
– Home Equity Line of Credit: This loan type has a 20-year maturity with a 10-year draw period. You can advance funds up to your credit limit at your discretion. Payments are calculated based off of the balance and remaining term. You only pay interest on the funds you’re borrowing. This loan type has an adjustable interest rate & payments can change as the balance and/or interest rate changes.
– Closed End Home Equity Loan: This loan type has 15 and 20-year maturity options based on the loan amount. Funds are disbursed one-time after loan closing. This loan type has a fixed interest rate and fixed payment schedule.
