COVID-19 Update as of 3-25-2020

Effective Tuesday, March 24th our branches will be open for Drive-Up services only. We are taking precautions to help keep our team and member safe.  Our team has been advised to stay home if they are sick, wash their hands frequently and practice social distancing. Additionally, we are cleaning public surfaces throughout the day.

Continuity plans are in place to ensure our operations continue if circumstances dictate further social distancing measures be taken. The Credit Union is well-capitalized and will continue to have the ability to serve your loan and deposit needs. We remain committed to serving your financial needs and helping you through unstable times.

If you have been financially impacted due to the current recommended precautions, please contact us and we will work with you to determine how we can help.

Common Questions

Q: Is cash sanitized before distribution to members?

A: No, we are not able to sanitize currency before distributing it to members. We recommend additional hand washing when using cash, or using your Health Care Family Credit Union Visa Debit Card.

Q: Are you going to close your branches?

A: Our Drive-Up services remain open. All automatic payments and deposits will be processed. We have no reason to anticipate interruption of these services.

Q: Does the Credit Union offer any assistance if I am impacted financially?

A: We are here to help you. Contact us to discuss what assistance options may be right for you.

Q: Can I withdraw as much cash as I want?

A: Yes. It is your money and keeping some cash on hand may be a good idea. For your safety, we do not recommend you maintain large amounts of cash on your person or your home. Your deposits are insured by the NCUA and ESI. Your money is safest in your accounts with Health Care Family Credit Union. If you still wish to make a large withdrawal, please contact us a few days in advance. This allows us to ensure sufficient cash is available.

Q: How much cash can I withdrawal from an ATM?

A: You can access up to $700 via ATM per 24-hours. This may take more than one withdrawal depending on specific ATM withdrawal limits.
