ARE YOU SPENDING MORE ON DINNER….OR ON BREAKFAST?
It may seem like a no-brainer, because the foods we eat in the morning are usually simple, on-the-go fare, while the evening meal is a more relaxed, family-time meal– something you’ve put thought and effort into making. However, if you run the numbers, you may be surprised. Breakfast cereals are expensive. So are the coffee and pastry you pick up on your way to work.
Is there a better way? What about home-made muffins, oatmeal, eggs, toast, or yogurt? What can you do to prepare for the morning rush so you don’t end up spending more than you want?
