Health Care Family Credit Union understands the importance of protecting your identity. That's why we are introducing IDCheck — a new fraud prevention feature at our branch and Shared Branch locations. This new tool ensures it's really you accessing your account — not an imposter.

How It Works

  1. Scan the QR code in the branch or visit verify.coop.org.
  2. Select "Health Care Family Credit Union" from the drop-down list.
  3. Enter your member number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
  4. Upload a photo of your ID.
  5. Take a selfie to verify your identity.
  6. Show the one-time passcode (valid for 20 minutes) to the teller.
